Cancellations and Refunds

1. Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request cancellations or refunds for services related to Food License (FSSAI) Registration, MSME/Udyam Registration, and other business registration services provided by our company.

2. Service Nature

Our services involve documentation, application filing, and liaison with government portals and departments. Once the process has begun, a significant amount of professional effort and resources are used. Hence, refunds are subject to specific conditions as mentioned below.

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Initiation:

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment if the service process has not yet started.

In such cases, a full refund (minus payment gateway or processing charges, if any) will be issued.

After Service Initiation:

Once documentation or government filing has started, cancellation is not possible, as professional time and government fees are already invested.

Failure to Provide Required Documents:

If you fail to provide necessary documents or details within 15 days of payment, the service will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be applicable only in the following cases:

If the service is not initiated within 7 business days of payment due to our delay.

If the company fails to complete the registration process due to an internal error or negligence (and not due to incorrect/incomplete documents or client delay).

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

If the government portal rejects the application due to incorrect or falsified information provided by the client.

If delays occur due to government portal downtime, verification delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

Once the registration certificate (FSSAI/MSME) has been issued.

5. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You may be required to provide bank details or confirmation for processing the refund.
